After reading today’s Newsday, The Jets are ready to call it quits. Mangini is looking ahead to next years draft selection. Mangini should be focusing on this week’s game against Miami. Kellen Clemens is 1-3 but has played four tough teams. Clemens is 78-159 and 3 touchdowns. The Jets need to protect their quarterback so he can make plays. On our special teams punter Ben Graham is not getting the job done. Mangini has signed Jeremy Kapinos to their practice squad.

After Thanksgivings day massacre by Dallas, the Jets will have to go home and contemplate what happened to them. On opening drive by the Cowboys, the Jets had them pinned back and then let Dallas get that first down. By Dallas getting the first down it opened the door for Tony Romo and Terrell Owens to hook up, making the score 7-0. Clemens had one of his worst days in the NFL. Kellens passing rating was 45.6. Jets offensive line did not help matters either. Allowing Dallas to sack Clemens three tines. Well it is time for the Jets to get back to basics.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Today Gang Green faces the Dallas Cowboys in Dallas. It has been a short week for the Jets, but I think we can pull off another win today. Back in 1999, the Jets beat Dallas 22-21 on a John Hall field goal. Clemens must play well and Thomas Jones must carry the ball at lest 30 time him to be effective. Kerry Rhodes and Shaun Ellis must be able to contain T.O. Jets defense has to play well. Darrelle Revis will have his hands full having to guard Terrell Owens must get help from Rhodes. Questionable are Laverneus Coles (ankle) Dewayne Robertson (knee) and S Eric Smith (concussion).

Yes,the Jets looked like last years team except, that this year they are 2-8 instead of 6-4. I think the Jet fans were inpressed with yesterday’s preformance. Thomas Jones carried for 117 yards on 30 carries. Kerry Rhodes made a big interception. Gang Greens defense had 7 sacks against Pittsburg. If the Jets play like this the rest of the year they could possible go 500. Lets get ready for Dallas on Thursday, help the Giants win their divison. JETS JETS JETS.

On Sunday, Curtis Martin will be honored for his accomplishment on the field. Curtis had 11 seasons of 2000 yards rushing. Curtis was a powerhouse when running the ball. I read an article in the paper about how Curtis feels about the Jets season. The team is playing all right football and they should keep focus on there remaining seven games. Curtis also feels that Thomas Jones has not come to realize it takes time for adjustments in a new scheme.

Today the Jet fans and media still do not know what type of injury Jonathan Vilma has. Eric Mangini has a no talk policyon iinjury’s. All anybody knows is that his surgery went well and he will be out for the remainder of this season. Jonathan had his surgery in Miami, and aslo rehab in Miami. Could this be Jonathans last season in New York?

Last year after the bye week the Jets came around and changed thier destiny. This week the Jets will host the Pittsburg Steelers. If the defense can turn it around like last year Gang Green could save there season. David Bowens has said that we have played well but have a bad record. it’s time for Jet fans to stick with Mangini and the coaches.

In reading today’s paper, I was very impressed with David Harris’s comments. David talked about the ok job on the field last Sunday against Buffalo. David had 13 tackles and 3 sacks. Harris who hails from Michigan took over for Jonathan Vilma. Vilma will be sidelined for the rest of this season with a knee injury. The only problem I have is that nobody knows what type of injury he has to the knee. Harris only thinks his ability will get better on the field. David Harris is becoming a team leader on field.

Eric Mangini should step up and take all the heat for Sundays lose to Buffalo. The Jets were out played on the field. Buffalo out coached Mangini, even Chad Pennington said our coaches had nothing special planned for the game. Now all players are concerned to what will happen this Sunday against Washington. Kellen Clemens will get his first start at quarterback. My thoughts are with Clemens playing the team will come together as a unit. This is the spark that Gang Green needs. For the last, few weeks all Jet players were closed mouth do to requirements. As Chris Baker said a couple of weeks ago, there is no unity with the players
